Partner Terms
These additional terms apply to builders, property partners and infrastructure or professional service partners using Swaraj Connects.
Partner account and listings
Submit accurate, current business, contact and listing information that you are authorized to publish. Keep prices, availability, service areas, photographs and descriptions up to date, and promptly correct or remove information that is no longer accurate.
You are responsible for responding to customer enquiries and for the property, work, services, representations and agreements you make with customers. Do not upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or that contains personal information without permission.
Customer enquiries and activity records
When a signed-in customer interacts with a listing, the platform may record listing views, contact-option clicks, enquiries and related follow-up activity. These records may appear in partner or administrator dashboards to support enquiry management and reporting.
A recorded call or WhatsApp click is a lead-intent event only. It does not establish that the call connected, the WhatsApp message was delivered, a visit occurred, or a sale was completed. Use customer information only to respond to the relevant enquiry and handle it responsibly.
Subscription, payment and cancellation
Subscription prices, billing periods, applicable discounts and taxes are presented before payment. Partners are responsible for reviewing these details before confirming checkout. A subscription does not promise a minimum number of enquiries, contacts, visits, conversions, revenue or other business outcomes.
Partner subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellation, non-use or unused subscription time does not result in a payment return. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Account review and platform access
Platform access or listing visibility may be limited where account information is incomplete, a listing appears inaccurate or unauthorized, or action is needed to protect customers or the service. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support with your partner account details.
