These terms describe the basic rules for using Swaraj Connects as a customer or partner.
Using the platform
Swaraj Connects provides website features for discovering property and professional service listings, contacting partners, submitting enquiries, and managing partner accounts and subscriptions. Access to features may depend on account status and the information provided.
Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the website lawfully. Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit misleading content, or use another person’s personal information without authorization.
Listings and customer-partner dealings
Partners are responsible for the accuracy, authorization, availability and timely updating of their listings and business information. Customers should independently confirm property, service, identity, price, terms and documentation directly with the relevant partner before making a decision or payment.
A listing, enquiry, visit record, call link or WhatsApp link is not itself a contract, booking, professional recommendation, guarantee or confirmation that a transaction has occurred. Any agreement for a property or service is between the customer and the relevant provider.
Partner subscriptions and payment
Partner subscription duration, price, applicable tax, discounts and any coupon are shown in the billing or checkout flow. Review the account, term and amount before confirming a payment. A paid subscription provides the platform access described in the account for the stated term; it does not guarantee leads, enquiries, sales or business results.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider and is subject to its checkout process.
Platform availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change platform features to operate the service. We aim to keep the website available, but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may restrict or suspend an account or listing where needed to protect users, the platform, or comply with applicable requirements.
